What's the name of this Cheesy "horror" movie?
Ok, so me and my friend are watching cheesy horror movies together and I cannot remember the name of this movie. It’s about an unpopular girl that, becomes "popular" and then kills the popular kids. The first guy she kills, she kills him when they’re on a date and he tries to make moves on her. She kills him and cuts off his thing. The next guy she kills she has him chained to a bed or something. Then the rest of the popular kids she kills at a halloween or costume party. One girl she drowns in the toilet, i can’t remember the others. Any help would be great.
